Knowledge Sharing Seminar
Forum Print Management and PSL have been liaising with the Thai Printing Association and the Thai Government to develop the ‘Knowledge Sharing Seminar’ detailing the characteristics of the UK print market. The Seminar will highlight the opportunities both current and future for Thai Print offerings – based on current print capacity / complexity and future investment programmes. Most importantly the knowledge transfer process will highlight the risks involved for The Thai Printing Industry based on current market conditions and forward projections.
Executive Visit
The objective of the Executive visit is top level business relationship building by arranging for key senior Specifiers from within the relevant UK print market segments to meet with the Thai Print Association and key print suppliers to initiate executive interaction.
Developing the Business Strategy
Building on the outcome from the market research, the Knowledge Sharing Seminar and the executive interaction a Thai Print Business Strategy has been developed. This will detail how to proceed by addressing the processes by which UK based print Specifiers will be able to access Thai print producers to develop and consolidate long term working partnerships in order to grow the business.
